Key Qualifications: <ul> <li> Receive new dispute from call center through Zendesk. </li> <li> Validate the received cases and collect the required dispute data at the same day. </li> <li> Ensure to provide support for chargeback / reconciliation team. </li> <li> Updating client bank inquires and status of the dispute cases immediately same date.</li> <li> Ensure all incoming disputes from different channels reviewed on a daily basis. </li> <li> Ensure to review chargeback cases and inform the clients once cycle got over. </li> <li> Refund the installments that are paid by mistake. </li> <li> Handle all the one leg issues with the settlement team.</li> </ul> Key Requirements: <ul> <li> 1 year experience at least at the same field or similar fields. </li> <li> Has a technical background about Card &amp; wallet Business chargeback. </li> <li> Has a general information about the CBE regulations and Meeza bulletin.</li> </ul> </div>

The application has delivered partnerships with fast-food chains like McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut in Egypt. Halan was founded in November 2017 and is based in Cairo, Al Qahirah, Egypt.
