The Digital Transformation & Training Intern will support the digital transformation initiatives and training programs within the company. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical experience in digital strategy implementation, process optimization, and employee training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Digital Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of digital transformation projects, including process automation, system integration, and technology adoption.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training Development: Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs designed to enhance employee skills and promote the adoption of new technologies.
  • Process Documentation: Document existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and efficiency gains.
  • Change Management: Support change management efforts by helping to communicate digital transformation goals and progress to employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on digital transformation progress, training outcomes, and employee feedback.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: a degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Previous internship or work experience in digital transformation, IT, or training.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
