We are seeking a well-rounded Investor Relations Analyst to join us at MNT-Halan! Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries related to properties and investments promptly and professionally.</li> <li> Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with investors by fostering transparent and timely communication, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.</li> <li> Communication: Provide investors with regular updates on property performance and market conditions, including financial reports, investment opportunities, and potential risks.</li> </ul> Key Qualifications: <ul> <li> Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and verbal.</li> <li> Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for investor communication.</li> <li> Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in investor relations, real estate, finance, or a related field, demonstrating strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to investor management.</li> </ul>

The application also caters to businesses, offering smart-tech last-mile delivery through their integrated smart services using motorcycles and tricycles. It allows customers to request motorbike or tuk-tuk rides, or order food or goods for delivery via motorbikes or cargo tricycles. Halan also offers on-demand logistics solutions to support large organizations and small businesses alike in their distribution and supply chain. It also provides convenience and safety, while for the driver it offers incremental business. The application has delivered partnerships with fast-food chains like McDonald’s, KFC, and Pizza Hut in Egypt. Halan was founded in November 2017 and is based in Cairo, Al Qahirah, Egypt.
