We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our consumer investments division at Halan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement for consumer investment products, including savings, gold, and real estate. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Halan’s consumer investment products, including savings accounts, gold investments, real estate opportunities, and other investment vehicles.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth in the consumer investments segment.
  • Define target audience segments, personas, and customer journeys to inform marketing messaging, positioning, and channel strategies for consumer investment products.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to develop compelling consumer investment offerings, features, and benefits that resonate with target customers.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, partnerships, events, and traditional advertising, to drive awareness and acquisition of consumer investment products.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, tracking, and optimization, to ensure campaigns meet performance goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis for consumer investment marketing initiatives, optimizing spend and resource allocation to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, and investment portfolio growth, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in consumer investment marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and vendors to support consumer investment marketing initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored for new markets, including market expansion plans, localization efforts, and partnership opportunities, to drive growth and market penetration in international markets.

What we are looking for!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer investments, financial services, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for investment products.
  • Strong understanding of consumer investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling marketing messages.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to inform marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of developing innovative marketing ideas and solutions to drive business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas and strategies to stakeholders, and influence decision-making.
