We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Accounting team at Halan!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Manage and supervise the finance and accounting department and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Analyse financial data and provide regular reports to senior management on the company’s financial performance
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
• Manage relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all tax laws and regulations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in the computer software industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
