We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Environmental & Social Impact Manager to work in a multi-company and stakeholder organization, focused on developing and promoting our fast-growing Business in a conscious manner.

The candidate will be reporting to the Head of ESG, with the opportunity of managing an expanding team towards one of the latest business trends of ESG specifically on Social Impact (revolving around topics like Women Empowerment, Financial Literacy, Sustainability etc).

What you’ll do!

• Guiding department to following its ESG & Impact strategy in a timely manner.
• Leading on internal Gender Empowerment action plan and communication.
• Taking on on-ground focus groups and field research to better understand our customers.
• Finding like-minded entities sharing our ESG & Impact goals and values for potential partnerships and big scaled cooperative projects.
• Managing international and local Grants projects and proceeding with creating new ones.
• Communicate and report on company social impact performance • Coming up with internal and external initiatives to drive ESG awareness.
• Utilizing Social Media tools to creating awareness to our customers while encouraging Women Empowerment and Financial Inclusion.
• Creating the company’s Impact Agenda and Action Plan.
• Data Analyzing and developing metrics’ to calculating social impact and project’s success.
• Monitoring progress of Partnered projects while enhancing department’s objectives.
• Manage communications with Third Party Consultancy projects and implementations

Who you are!!

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience, having managed projects, data monitoring, stakeholder communication, in a client engagement role.
• Good networking skills, contacts in the industry and PR capabilities.
• Previous experience in Social Development or ESG role would be an asset.
• Good writing skills, with previous experience in publishing reports.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic are necessary.
• Advanced presentation and excellent communication skills with the ability to speak in public.
• Ability to multitask on simultaneous projects effectively and prioritize work streams.
• Proactive, innovative, highly motivated, and results-driven.
