We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to enhance our team, focusing on advancing our customer engagement through our app products.

This role is crucial for understanding customer needs and challenges, innovating and launching new app features, and providing a smooth and engaging customer experience to boost growth and profitability.

Your Responsibilities!

• Conduct market research to identify trends and user preferences in app engagement, with a focus on Egypt and other emerging markets.
• Develop a product strategy that integrates with the company’s goals, incorporating gamification techniques to heighten app user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to design and introduce new app features that resonate with user needs, including elements that reflect local cultures where relevant.
• Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of existing apps, utilizing A/B testing and other methodologies to enhance user involvement and retention.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that effectively promote the app products in Egypt and other emerging markets.
• Manage the app engagement features roadmap, and ensure the timely completion of product milestones, aiming for a seamless user experience within a super app framework.

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer-facing products, with a strong emphasis on product management and proficiency in gamification strategies for apps.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
• A proven track record in successfully launching and managing highly engaging app products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and proficiency in project management tools.
