– Good problem-solving skills.

– Good debugging skills.

– Hands-on experience in Python.

– Hands-on experience in relational database design and ability to write complex SQL queries.

– Familiarity with Postgres or a similar relational DBMS.

– Strong understanding of client-server architecture.

– Strong understanding of source code control (Git) and Git workflows.

– Ability to make simple web pages using HTML/CSS.

– Hands-on experience in Linux.

– Familiarity with Docker.

– Willingness to constantly learn.

– Good understanding of different programming paradigms (FP, OOP).

– Familiarity with JavaScript and React (or any similar component-based UI library) is a plus.

– Any familiarity with a functional language (Elixir, Scheme, Elm … etc) is a plus.

– Unit and integration testing skills.

– Familiarity with Odoo Framework.

– Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

– Business domain knowledge you have will be a plus (Accounting, Sales, HR … etc).
