Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for active and passionate Technical Support Engineers to join us at Halan!
What you’ll do!
– Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify products technical issues provided by the end user
– Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
– Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the end user
– Ensure all issues are properly logged
– Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
– Respond to technical support tickets
– Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals and notes
Who you are!!
– Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
– Oriented with Fin-tech
– Great problem-solving skills & Critical thinker
– Able to work on shift basis
– Familiarity with ticketing softwares
– High understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
– Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
– Great interpersonal and communicational skills
