Founded in 2017, HALA is currently duly licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank as well as the Financials Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi Global Market.
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and procedure manuals.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, ensuring the functionality meets business requirements.
- Support project management activities, including developing project plans, tracking project status, and managing project risks.
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize business goals.
- Develop and implement business solutions to meet business goals.
- Provide regular updates on work progress, challenges faced and implemented solutions.
Education | Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. The education levels can be replaced by years of experience |
Experience | Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in a similar role |
Skills
| Computer Skills: Advanced in Microsoft Office Tools Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic Advanced knowledge of compliance and regulations Analytical and Problem solving Communication and presentation Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software Certification in Business Analysis is a plus |
