Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build strong relationships with our most valued clients, understand their unique needs, and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to client success.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ensure clients feel supported and valued through regular communication and consistent follow-ups.
Strategic Account Planning: Design and implement tailored account strategies that align client objectives with company goals. Identify opportunities for growth, such as cross-selling and up-selling, to maximize account potential.
Client Success Management: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions that address their needs effectively. Monitor feedback and proactively introduce enhancements to improve their experience.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any client concerns or challenges. Act as an intermediary between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient solutions.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery. Share client insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Market Awareness & Insight Sharing: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage this knowledge to provide clients with strategic advice and position the company as a trusted partner.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed client records and account performance metrics. Present regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3 - 5 years in account management, sales, or client-facing roles (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or related industries).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and analytical thinking.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, financial systems, and data analysis.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
