We’re continuing to scale rapidly across markets, teams and products, making this an exciting time to join us.

Role Overview

Head of Performance Marketing | London, UK | Office-based

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to own and lead Fresha’s global performance marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C.

With performance marketing now fully in-house, this is a high-impact leadership role with significant ownership and scope. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our acquisition engine across paid search and paid social, managing a growing team and ensuring our investment translates into sustainable, measurable growth.

You’ll own the strategy across key channels including Google Search, YouTube, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, with responsibility for how we allocate budget, optimise campaigns, develop creative, segment audiences and improve funnel performance across markets.

Working closely with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Design, Influencer Marketing and Commercial teams, you’ll bring together performance data, customer insight and creative thinking to maximise ROI, customer acquisition and lifetime value.

This is an opportunity for a senior performance marketing leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the detail — someone who can build a high-performing team, challenge assumptions, identify new growth opportunities and make performance marketing a core driver of Fresha’s global growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own global performance marketing: Define and lead Fresha’s acquisition strategy across Paid Search and Paid Social for both B2B and B2C, setting the roadmap for scalable and sustainable growth across key markets.

  • Build and lead the team: Manage, develop and grow a high-performing in-house performance marketing team, establishing the structure, processes and capabilities needed to operate at global scale.

  • Own budgets and performance: Take accountability for paid media investment and key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV and conversion, forecasting and optimising budgets across channels, markets and audiences to maximise commercial return.

  • Drive full-funnel growth: Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Product and other teams to identify opportunities across the customer journey and improve acquisition, conversion and lifetime value.

  • Lead channel and creative strategy: Own the strategy across Google Search, YouTube, Bing, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and emerging platforms, working with Design and Influencer Marketing to develop, test and scale high-performing creative.

  • Turn data into action: Partner with Data & Analytics to build robust reporting and dashboards, establish clear performance measurement and use insights to drive continual optimisation and investment decisions.

  • Identify new growth opportunities: Explore new platforms, geographies, audience segments, partnerships and acquisition strategies, balancing proven channels with experimentation to unlock incremental growth.

  • Influence senior leadership: Present performance, insights, forecasts and recommendations to senior stakeholders and C-suite, using data and commercial judgment to influence strategy, priorities and investment decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Performance marketing expertise: 7-8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with strong hands-on expertise across Paid Search and Paid Social.

  • Proven track record: Demonstrated success managing large-scale campaigns in fast-paced, highly data-driven environments across B2B, B2C or ideally both.

  • Strategic & hands-on: You can set a global strategy while staying close enough to the detail to understand performance, challenge assumptions and make informed decisions.

  • Leadership: Proven experience building, managing and developing high-performing teams, creating clarity, accountability and a strong culture of performance.

  • Commercial & analytical mindset: Strong understanding of the relationship between marketing investment, customer acquisition, revenue and LTV, combined with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is highly desirable.

  • Budget ownership: Experience managing significant paid media budgets and making allocation decisions across channels, markets and audiences.

  • Senior stakeholder management: A confident communicator who can translate complex performance data into clear recommendations and influence C-suite and senior leadership decisions.

  • Growth mindset: Creative, proactive and naturally curious, with a track record of testing new ideas, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

At Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills and experience. If you’re excited by the opportunity to build and scale a global performance marketing function and believe you can make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement listed.

Your Opportunity at Fresha

  • Own a global growth engine: Take ownership of performance marketing across B2B and B2C and play a central role in Fresha’s global acquisition strategy.

  • Build from the ground up: With performance marketing now fully in-house, shape the team, processes, technology and strategy that will underpin our next phase of growth.

  • Lead a high-impact team: Build and develop a talented performance marketing function capable of operating at global scale.

  • Influence investment at scale: Own significant marketing investment and directly influence where Fresha allocates budget across channels, markets and audiences.

  • Work at the intersection of data and creativity: Bring together analytics, technology, creative and customer insight to build acquisition strategies that deliver measurable commercial impact.

  • Shape global growth: Identify and unlock new channels, markets and audiences as Fresha continues to expand internationally.

  • Partner with senior leadership: Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and have a direct influence on strategic growth and investment decisions.

  • Transform the industry: Help more businesses and consumers discover Fresha and contribute to transforming how the global beauty and wellness industry operates.
