Role Overview:

Talent Specialist | London, UK | Office-based, 5 days/week | £40,000 base + commission (£45,000–£55,000 total) & Company Benefits

As a Talent Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping Fresha attract, engage and hire exceptional talent across the business. Working closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers, you’ll support and deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience from start to finish.

From sourcing and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll help build the teams that are driving Fresha’s continued global growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be hands-on, proactive and trusted with meaningful ownership from day one.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and close.

• Candidate Sourcing: Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles globally, building strong and diverse talent pipelines.

• Candidate Engagement: Craft personalised outreach that attracts and converts passive talent, ensuring candidates have a compelling experience throughout the process.

• Screening & Assessment: Review applications, conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability against role requirements.

• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, stakeholders and hiring processes, keeping everything organised and moving at pace.

• ATS & Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within our ATS and support the wider scheduling and recruitment operation.

• Talent Initiatives: Contribute to broader Talent projects, including employer branding, candidate experience, hiring events and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Recruitment Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to identify, engage and build pipelines of high-quality candidates across different functions.

• Candidate Management: Experience managing candidates through recruitment processes and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

• Organisation & Coordination: Strong organisational skills, with experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling across global teams.

• ATS Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and confidence maintaining accurate recruitment data.

• International Exposure: Comfortable working with candidates and stakeholders across different markets and time zones.
