Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for a creative, communicative and collaborative individual to join our global business as Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager.
Reporting directly into the Head of Brand and Content Marketing and working closely with our Social Media Executive, Senior Brand Designer, Performance team and the Growth tribe, you will be responsible for the delivery of Fresha's social media and influencer strategy across existing and new channels, as well as community engagement.
We're looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, excellent prioritization skills, and the ability to create and adapt content for social media channels effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of managing social media channels, operational excellence and using analytics to drive results. Their expertise should include strong knowledge of best practices for organic social media across key platforms, and reporting on organic activity in a simple and insightful way.

This role is based onsite at our stunning London office 5 days per week.

Key Accountabilities

  • Directly manage and develop our Social Media Executive, providing coaching, clear goals, feedback and growth opportunities.
  • Build, develop, and evolve the Fresha social presence, delivering best-in-class influencer collaborations, social content, and community engagement.
  • Work with our existing brand ambassadors and keep track of contractual delivery whilst also effectively managing and nurturing relationships.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns from concept to delivery - identifying the right partners, managing relationships, briefing content, and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Work with the team to create engaging, high-performing social content across multiple channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with brand, marketing, and content teams to craft campaigns that drive awareness to our market leading product.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to expand Fresha’s organic reach and credibility.
  • Monitor and analyse influencer performance and social analytics, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and content output.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, cultural moments to keep Fresha at the forefront of social innovation.
  • Act as an ambassador for Fresha’s social and influencer strategy within the company, sharing best practices and driving creative excellence.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand partnerships - preferably within the tech, beauty, or lifestyle sectors but not a necessity.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer landscape across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Skilled at developing, negotiating, and managing influencer collaborations from start to finish.
  • Strategic thinker who understands how to translate brand goals into social and influencer strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable interpreting analytics and performance metrics to refine strategy.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about culture, social trends, and digital innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management and project coordination skills.
  • Experience using influencer management tools and social platforms (e.g. Sprout).
  • Basic knowledge of paid social and content amplification strategies is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of visual aesthetics and brand consistency across all social touchpoints.
  • Video and content creation experience (shooting, briefing, or editing) is advantageous not essential.
