Role Overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for a part-time Terminal and Logistics Specialist who will support our commercial team with shipment and logistics of our payment terminals.
The role is designed for college students and professionals who are looking to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact.

What you will be doing

  • Receive, pack, and prepare terminal orders for shipment.
  • Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, local couriers) to schedule pickups or drop‑offs
  • Inspect outgoing shipments to verify contents, quantities, quality, and condition.
  • Open incoming shipments and ensure terminals are charged.
  • Maintain shipment logs, track shipments, and update status in company systems.
  • Handle incoming terminals and verify inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the working area.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure prompt attention to partner requests.

What we are looking for

  • Experience - No previous working experience is required.
  • Attention to detail – You complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, consistently minimizing the risk of errors.
  • Tech-Savvy – You confidently navigate and manage software tools and systems used for terminal tracking and operational workflows.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Relationship Building - You enjoy teamwork and creating connection in the workspace.
  • Organized - You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Curious - You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop.

Interview Process

  • Screen Call - Video-call with a member from the Talent Team (30m)
  • Skills & Experience - Video/In-person interview with Head of Sales (North America) (45m)
  • Final Round - Interview with General Manager (North America) and a commercial team member (60m)
  • We aim to finalize the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
