Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Sales based in Paris - to come join our global business and lead and grow our offering in France.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and collaborating closely with leadership, you will lead and expand the team in the French region. Your primary responsibilities include driving commercial activities, surpassing partners' expectations, and developing and executing a strategic regional plan aligned with the go-to-market strategy.

Key accountabilities
Partner Growth & Expansion
- Own the end-to-end responsibility for growing our Partner base across the region.
- Drive the identification, engagement, and conversion of high-potential prospects, while nurturing and expanding -relationships with existing Partners to maximize long-term value.
- Champion a growth mindset across the team, ensuring we unlock commercial opportunities and consistently elevate our impact in-market.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute regional and country-level sales strategies to achieve commercial targets, increase market share, and deliver on key performance objectives.
- Lead performance across the full sales cycle—including prospecting, territory planning, sales execution, and pipeline management—ensuring accurate forecasting and clear reporting.
- Continuously optimize and standardize sales processes to improve efficiency, drive productivity, and support scalable growth across the region.
Performance Management
- Set, communicate and manage performance expectations, ensuring the achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets for commercial function.
- Effectively manage the sales funnel, ensuring KPI’s are achieved, conversion rates are optimized to deliver consistent incremental improvement.
- Ensure efficient and accurate use of Hubspot to represent the workload of the team and ensure we maximize efficiencies and efforts of the team
People Development
- Recruit, develop and retain talent, building a team of highly successful sales professionals
- Motivate, drive, coach and empower the team with the skills to provide first class service to all prospective and existing Partners of our world-class platform.
Skills, experience & qualifications required
- B2B commercial leadership experience in a Saas, digital sales, online marketplace or payments company managing teams of 5+
- Self-motivated, hungry for success with a desire to progress within a fast-paced, success-driven global business
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record for target and KPI delivery as well as ability to build teams and drive exceptional performance
- Data driven reporting and decision makingCreative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to interact with people from across the business and build strong relationships, including the ability to effectively influence upwards
- Happy to roll sleeves up and assist the team when required (team player)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
