Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional HR & Payroll Specialist to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly to the VP of Accounting & Controller, and working collaboratively with the Payroll team and external partners, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate financial and HR records, preparing payroll-related entries, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What you will be doing
- Collaboration - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
- Coordinate payroll process with external payroll providers (outsource payroll)
- Prepare salary calculations for remaining of our foreign entities (in house payroll)
- Work with company software to process payroll
- Cooperate closely with local in-country outsource providers to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time for your respective market
- Analyze variance, payroll controls for accurate payslip generation
- Take part in payroll related projects, e.g. process automation, system integration
- Maintain our HR database with information about new joiners, leavers, salary increases, change of roles etc.
- Manage staff holidays accrual
- Prepare and book entries for payroll related activities in accounting system
- Prepare payroll related contracts, maintain templates for each jurisdiction with the help from inside/outside legal counsel
- Assistance with all internal and external HR-related matt

What we are looking for
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the payroll/accounting/finance field. Experience with payroll software or HRIS is a plus
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; familiarity with other financial or payroll tools is beneficial
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks
- Understanding of data confidentiality and compliance with payroll regulations and labor laws

Interview Process
- Screen Call: Video call with member of the Talent Team - 20 minutes
- 1st Stage: Video call/in-person meeting with the Payroll Team - 30 minutes
- 2nd Stage/Final Stage: Video call/in-person meeting with the Payroll Team and VP of Accounting & Controller
