Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional VP of Growth to join our global business.
You will work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, Analytics team, Product team, Commercial teams, Exec team, and agency partners. You will be responsible for driving both the acquisition and retention of customers, expanding our market presence, and scaling our growth strategies across all channels.

What you will be doing

  • Leadership and Strategy -
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute our comprehensive growth strategy across partner acquisition, retention, and monetisation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Marketing Leadership: Lead and oversee performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts across marketing, product, sales, and customer success.
  • Growth Initiatives -
  • Channel Expansion: Drive expansion into new channels (TikTok, Bing, Pinterest) and markets, ensuring a diversified and scalable growth strategy.
  • Product-Led Growth: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to leverage the product for growth, including features, onboarding, and user engagement strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise analytics and data insights to drive growth initiatives, optimise funnels, and measure impact.
  • Collaboration and Execution -
  • Agency and Partner Management: Manage and hold accountable our performance marketing agencies and other external partners to ensure timely delivery against targets and plans.
  • GTM Strategy: Collaborate with the wider business on go-to-market plans for new and existing markets, ensuring alignment and execution.
  • Creative and Messaging Optimisation: Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure our messaging and creative assets are optimised and refreshed.
  • Monitoring and Analytics -
  • KPI Tracking: Understand and monitor all growth-related KPIs through dashboards and reports, ensuring our growth efforts are delivering ROI.
  • Conversion Tracking: Work with developers and engineers to set up and maintain conversion tracking within Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
  • Performance Communication: Communicate and present the performance of our growth initiatives to the wider team, C-suite, and stakeholders.
  • Advocacy and Culture -
  • Growth Advocacy: Create a buzz around our growth initiatives, being a champion for growth strategies across the business.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of experience in growth-focused roles, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Leadership: At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with a focus on growth.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, and organic growth strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven marketing and decision-making.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tracking technologies.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and deliver successful ROI-driven growth strategies.
  • Influence and Communication: Strong ability to pitch ideas internally, acquire buy-in and budget, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Innovative Mindset: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and Self-Starter: Demonstrates a proactive approach and a self-starter

Interview Process

  • Screen Call - Video-call with Talent Team - 30 mins
  • 1st Stage - Video-call/in-person with Chief Commercial Officer & Chief People Officer - 60 mins
  • 2nd Stage - In-person presentation with Leadership/C-suite team - 90 mins
  • Final Stage - In-person with C-suite team 60 mins
  • We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 2 weeks.
