Contract Length: 6 months FTC (possible 6 months extension)

Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptionalTech Talent Partner to come and join our global business on a 6 month FTC.
Reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition, and working collaboratively with Senior Talent Partners and Stakeholders, you will be accountable for attracting the best talent for our tech engineering teams.
Your time will be spent purely on attracting and securing the best engineering talent across our London, Warsaw and Prishtina offices. The positions you will be hiring for will be across all domains such as Fullstack, Frontend, Backend and Mobile and will vary in seniority from mid-level up to staff level. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment, who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact.
Our talent team of 5 has a combined experience of over 40 years having worked for the likes of Meta, ZeroHeight, Revolut, Simply Business, Cleo AI and Sandbox VR.
To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, you will be working 5 days per week from our London HQ: WeWork, 10 York Rd, London SE1 7ND

What you will be doing

  • Sourcing - Finding the best tech talent for our teams in London, Warsaw and Prishtina
  • Reachout - Crafting creative reachout messages to attract candidates
  • Screening - Screening candidates and evaluating skills
  • Reporting - Accountable for delivering key metric KPIs to stakeholders
  • ATS - Keeping our ATS up-to-date and carrying out admin tasks
  • This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.

What we are looking for

  • Experience - 3 Years minimum experience sourcing tech talent in a fast paced environment
  • In-house Experience - In-house recruitment experience within a tech startup
  • Domain Knowledge - Our tech stack is; Javascript, React, Ruby, Elixir, TypeScript, GraphQL, Swift, Kotlin, Java
  • Sourcing - Confident sourcing autonomously and building talent pipeline
  • Collaboration - Working closely with the people & talent team and stakeholders
  • Tooling - Tech savvy and knows way around recruitment tools
  • Problem Solver - Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Ambiguity - Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Autonomous - Self-starter and proactive approach
  • Fast Paced - Working in a fast-paced and changing environment

Interview Process

  • Introduction Video (5 mins) - Video introducing yourself and answering 2 questions
  • Presentation (60 mins) - In-person with Head of Talent Acquisition & Talent Partners
  • Skills & Experience (45 mins) - In-person with Chief People Officer and People Partners
  • We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 1 week.
