  • This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.
To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork all Fresha employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week.

What we are looking for

  • 3-6+ years of professional design related experience. We prefer but do not require experience working in a design system role.
  • A strong visual aesthetic and design point of view, exampled in a rich portfolio.
  • Experience working on products or apps which have been used in consumer or professional experiences.
  • Full understanding of what a design system is and how to properly build and maintain it from a component perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across a variety of disciplines.
  • Informed and strong opinions, loosely held.
  • A practitioner of user-centric processes and design thinking principles.
