Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Junior IT Ops Technician to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly to the Senior IT Ops Engineer and working collaboratively with our Finance, Commercial, and Engineering teams as well as our existing hardware suppliers and software resellers, you will be accountable for providing hardware and software support to all our global staff members at Fresha.

What you'll be doing

  • Technical Support - Provide 1st line technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software-related issues.
  • User Management - Assist in user account management, including account creation, modification, and deletion.
  • System Administration - Help in the administration and maintenance of IT equipment and hardware, taking proactive measures to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Security Compliance - Support in maintaining compliance with IT security policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to resolve technical issues and implement IT projects.

What we are looking for

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with macOS (advantageous if also familiar with Windows and ChromeOS) and office productivity software (Google Workspace Enterprise, Atlassian Jira).Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards, such as ISO27001, GDPR, and HIPAA.
  • Have had exposure to an MDM system/environment remotely managing devices
