Role overview
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional HR Payroll Specialist to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly into the VP of Accounting & Controller, and working collaboratively with employees, managers, and leadership you will be accountable for contributing to the effective management of personnel and promoting a positive and compliant workplace environment at Fresha.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate payroll process with external payroll providers (outsource payroll)
  • Prepare salary calculations for remaining of our foreign entities (in house payroll)
  • Work with company software to process payroll
  • Cooperate closely with local in-country outsource providers to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time for your respective market
  • Analyze variance, payroll controls for accurate payslip generation
  • Take part in payroll related projects, e.g. process automation, system integration
  • Maintain our HR database with information about new joiners, leavers, salary increases, change of roles etc.
  • Manage staff holidays accrual
  • Prepare and book entries for payroll related activities in accounting system
  • Prepare payroll related contracts, maintain templates for each jurisdiction with the help from inside/outside legal counsel
  • Assistance with all internal and external HR-related matt

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in the payroll/accounting/finance field
  • Experience with payroll calculation and bookkeeping
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Being proactive with analytical skills and good attention to details
  • Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Interview Process

  • Screen Call - Video-call with a member from the Talent Team (30m)
  • 1st Stage - Video/In-person interview with Hiring Manager (60 -90m)
  • We aim to finalise the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 3 weeks.
