Automation QA Engineer

• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and other Agile ceremonies
• Review and analyze product requirements and provide feedback
• Document test cases and scenarios for functional and non-functional testing inthe test management system
• Execute verification and regression test cases and record results
• Analyze and report test results clearly
• Report and track bugs in the issue tracking system
• Seek to improve knowledge of application under test
• Develop, document and execute test plans to ensure proper test coverage
• Provide constructive feedback on task dependencies, as well as effort and timeestimates
• Support junior team members in training
• Seek to improve technical skills and know-how on different types & levels oftesting
• Seek to improve knowledge of software testing techniques
• Design, develop, execute and maintain UI and API test automation scripts in thealready created test automation project and framework

• Computer Science or Computer Engineering Degree with 3-5 years ofexperience in a related field
• Good knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Good experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Good experience with test case management tools and issue tracking systems(like TestRail and JIRA)
• Good experience developing, documenting and executing test plans to ensureproper test coverage
• Good experience developing, executing and monitoring manual and/orautomated test suites
• Ability to estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate manual and/or automatedtesting activities
• Good experience with SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) – is a plus
• Good knowledge of GUI/API automated testing frameworks and tools (TestNG,Selenium WebDriver, Jmeter, Postman, REST Assured)
• Good programming knowledge and experience (Java)
• Good knowledge or experience using source code management tools (SVN) andcontinuous integration tools (Jenkins)
• Strong analytical thinking and reasoning
• Experience debugging and overcoming technical problems
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Strong will to learn and improve constantly
• Good verbal and communication skills in English
