What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns serving the subscriber and revenue growth and maximize lifetime value
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams with the product, engineers, creative with the common objective of optimizing the conversion and retention rates of our users
  • Collaborate with the CRM and Performance marketing team to enhance user acquisition and develop customer lifecycle campaign to improve engagement and reduce churn
  • Manage projects in all different stages starting with campaign ideation to planning, briefing and following up with all stakeholders, setting up assets and tracking dashboards
  • Monitor and optimize all campaigns, experiments and A/B tests to improve subscriptions growth KPIs which are set in line with the company’s strategy which can also include paywall optimization, pricing experiments and in-app messaging
  • Analyze funnel metrics to identify friction points and optimize key conversion touchpoints
  • Update and follow marketing calendar(s) and be able to plan ahead for future activities
  • Build reports and assess campaigns' performance based on the existing range of tools (internal and external)
  • Help define appropriate audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
  • Suggest enhancements and changes based on researches, insights and analyses from the market and own campaigns

About You:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
  • Language skills: English and Arabic, French is a plus
  • You have a proven track record of leading and executing growth projects independently and getting things done in a cross-functional organization
  • You have worked on online marketing campaigns and CRM before (Experience in Braze is a plus!)
  • You are very comfortable using various analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar tools, SQL etc.)
  • You have a proactive mindset, you look at the bigger picture and prevent problems from arising while coming up with suitable solutions when it does.
  • You are a reliable and adaptable team player who contributes positively and fosters a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • You are comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and executing things yourself – no matter if it's programming an email, pulling some queries or quickly adjusting an image in Photoshop. We're looking for self-starters who want to get things done
