Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Associate to support the design and execution of user lifecycle campaigns across the Anghami and OSN+ platforms. This role is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in growth and marketing, with a chance to learn hands-on how to drive engagement, subscriptions, and retention through lifecycle and CRM channels.
You’ll work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams (product, creative, data, and brand) to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and develop the skills needed to grow into a lifecycle marketing specialist.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the setup and execution of lifecycle campaigns across key channels: email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp.
- Help manage campaign calendars and coordinate with teams to ensure timely launches.
- Assist in creating campaign briefs, assets, and audience targeting lists.
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
- Contribute to A/B tests and experiments designed to improve open rates, clicks, conversions, and retention.
- Partner with design, editorial, and product teams to improve user onboarding and engagement flows.
- Support data and CRM operations (such as campaign QA, segmentation checks, and troubleshooting).
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience in marketing, CRM, growth, or a related field (internships count).
- Familiarity with email or marketing automation tools (experience with platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or MoEngage is a plus).
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and comfort working with spreadsheets; interest in tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and develop skills in lifecycle marketing and growth.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative, with strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience (internship or project) in subscription businesses, OTT, or streaming platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not required.
