About the Role
We’re seeking a talented individual to lead the marketing strategy and execution of our B2B partnerships. This role sits within Business Development and will be instrumental in driving growth and visibility through joint campaigns. The individual will work closely with external partners and collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead partner marketing conversations from pitch to execution, owning the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new and existing B2B partnerships.
● Define campaign messaging, positioning, and channel mix (e.g. in-app, email, social, web) aligned with business KPIs such as voucher sales and conversion.
● Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality across planning, assets, approvals, and reporting.
● Collaborate with Business Development, brand, creative, and product teams to align deal structures with revenue targets and deliver integrated campaigns.
● Lead seasonal and tactical activations (e.g. Ramadan, Back to School, Black Friday) and propose quick-win opportunities to boost partner visibility.
● Monitor and optimize campaign performance, producing recaps and case studies to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
● Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively suggest innovative partner marketing approaches.
● Act as the main operational liaison for partners, managing day-to-day queries and coordinating with Data, Product, and Technical Support teams for dashboards, fixes, and guidance.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
● Campaign Delivery: campaigns launched on time and executed to a high standard.
● Brand Visibility: co-marketing placements and partner exposure secured.
● Performance Optimization: measurable improvements in campaign results.
● Insights & Documentation: case studies and campaign recaps prepared to capture learnings and highlight impact.
● Team Efficiency: processes streamlined to save time for Account Managers and the Team Head.
● Partner Support: partner queries and issues resolved promptly.
Qualifications
● 5–6 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market roles, preferably within e-commerce, fintech, media agencies, or retail, with at least 2 years based in KSA and/or UAE.
● Proven track record in developing and executing B2B go-to-market strategies and joint partner campaigns.
● Strong campaign management skills with end-to-end delivery experience.
● Data-driven mindset; adept at tracking KPIs, analyzing dashboards, and optimizing campaigns.
● Strong bilingual (Arabic and English) communication and presentation skills for pitches, briefs, and recaps.
● Knowledge of B2B marketing trends and best practices in MENA, with a proactive
approach to innovation.
● Excellent partner and stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and resolve
issues.
● Experience collaborating cross-functionally across brand, creative, product, and technical
teams.
● Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and identify quick-
win opportunities.
