About the role:

As a Junior Legal Councel you will review and draft licensing agreements with record labels, publishers, independent artists, studios, and production houses; handle rights management, royalty-related legal matters, and video content clearance across multiple territories; and support compliance with industry regulations, including licensing and broadcasting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review various commercial agreements including vendor contracts and partnership agreements
• Support compliance initiatives related to digital rights, data protection, and content regulations
• Provide legal guidance on day-to-day operational matters to both platforms
• Monitor regulatory developments in the MENA region's digital entertainment industry
• Assist in preparing legal documentation for corporate governance matters
• Support the senior legal team in litigation and dispute resolution- Help manage intellectual property portfolios for both platforms

About You

• Law degree from an accredited university
• -1-3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of intellectual property rights and digital media regulations
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• French is a plus
• Knowledge of MENA region entertainment industry regulations
