About the Role
As the Telco Partnerships Marketing Executive, your role is to help us boost our growth in the MENA region by partnering with Telco companies on planning and executing marketing campaigns.
As an ideal candidate, you are familiar with Telco operations and Subscription business models, and you can creatively synergize their product offerings to drive user acquisition and brand visibility.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Business Development team in marketing and operational efforts related to developing Telecom partnerships.
- Help managing strategic partnerships with Telco companies to create offerings and activations that attract and retain subscribers.
- Research, brainstorm, benchmark and develop new and innovative growth campaigns.
- Coordinate activations and project launches internally with our Marketing, Social Media and Design teams, and externally with our partners’ marketing teams.
- Execute marketing campaigns, leveraging digital media and telco channels to boost user acquisition.
- Coordinate web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns related to partner's activation.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and derive customer insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Ensure that our commitments to a partner relationship are delivered as well as follow-up on the partner’s deliverables to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Telco partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term partnership.
About You
- You have 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or in a similar role in a streaming or telecom business.
- You have strong expertise in digital marketing and campaign management
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or another related field.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of all details.
- You have great negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- You are fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
- You are familiar with the music and video streaming business and you enjoy the digital world.
- You are organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure to achieve targets.
- You are familiar with Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- You have excellent knowledge of the current trends, especially for social media and the digital world.
- You are self-driven and have an adaptable mindset: we value people who take ownership of their roles, learn on the go, and inspire others.
